Refund Policy

At Royal Divine Realtors and Developers LLP, we aim to provide clear, transparent, and satisfactory property-related services. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may apply.

1. Real Estate Transactions

Once a property is booked, reserved, or purchased, refunds are not applicable, as such transactions are legally binding. We advise clients to thoroughly review the property details before making any commitments.

2. Consultation & Service Fees

Refunds on consultation/service fees are only considered if:

• The service was not delivered as agreed
   

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@royaldivinerd.in with:

• Your name and contact details

• Payment receipt or reference

• Reason for refund request

• Supporting documents, if any

We will respond within 7–10 business days.

4. No Refund for Property Deals

We do not offer refunds for property transactions, deals, or bookings. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the property seller or builder.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in case of technical billing errors or failure from our end to deliver agreed services.
